Happy Thanksgiving! I have so much to be thankful for, but to
be honest this Thanksgiving doesn’t rank at the top of my list. When we moved
to the Philippines, I said I wouldn’t meet friends. It was hard to leave everyone
in South Carolina and Australia and I was over the emotion. My first weekend here, though, I had to go to
dinner with people from FLUOR. “Dang it”, I said after leaving their house. I
liked them. Eleven months later and here I am again, wiping tears and saying
goodbye. FLUOR had a going away party last night for Angus and Jane. We still
have a few weeks to celebrate them being here, but last night it kicked in… I
have to say “see ya later” once again.
On the bright side, Jolande is back!
The moonlight night was beautiful...one more thing to be thankful for!
Watch Angus whip, watch him Nae-Nae! (Is that even how you spell it?)
