Of Course we had to get T-shirts made!
Contemplating life
Such a surprise and a treat to run into one of Hannah Grace's sweetest friends at our hotel. Our paths JUST crossed before she headed back to California.
Not a bad way to start the trip off! Pretty spectacular views from Busuanga Bay Lodge!
The next day, we headed out on an island tour in a bangka boat with our guide, Soloman. He took us to Twin Lagoons, Kayangan Lake, Pass Island and lastly a jump in the water to view the sunset. Such an amazing day!
Probably should have gotten in closer for the group shot here at Twin Lagoons.
It was actually quite crowded here, but we managed to find a spot to ourselves.
The trip to Kayangan Lake required a hike up 300 steps. This is the view from the top, looking down on Coron Bay (not the lake).
This is Kayangan Lake and it was amazingly secluded. I expected a few more tourists.
Not going to lie, "the unknown creatures" of the water creep me out. Not sure that life jacket "diaper" is going to save me much.
The water in Kayangan lake is about 70% fresh water.
Tony was the first brave one to enter the cave.
It was creepy, but so cool!
Always love a sunset!
It was so hard to leave the next day! I need to win the lottery so that this can be my everyday life! Would help if I actually bought a ticket!
We managed one more outing together to play golf and toast Hylton on his actual birthday! Hylton and I were the winners of "The Hylton Cup"! Y'all know I carried him. Hahahaha! Now on to celebrate Annie and her 40 years of life!
